Pre-Audit Assessment

Through a Pre-Audit or Internal Self-Assessment, we’ll identify gaps in policy or practice. We’ll zero-in on current stage and level of compliance, then formulate a plan for the necessary steps towards certification.

Integrated Work Plan Development

Based on the results of a Self-Assessment, the Integrated Work Plan will detail the materials, policies, and procedures that need to be developed or amended. This is a collaborative process that includes all members of the implementation team as an integral part.

Capacity & Community Building

This process focuses on building familiarization with the audit process, identifying key personnel for certification and relevant training, and including all members to participate in building a connection to social responsibility values.
